The Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) seeks a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). The CNO provides leadership and oversight to the Institute for Emergency Nursing Research, the Institute for Quality and Safety, the Education Department. The CNO plays a key strategic role in the growth and development of these areas and ENA as a whole. CNO reports to the ENA Executive Director.

Qualifications: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a registered nurse in Illinois. Earned doctorate with an MSN in nursing and10 years’ experience in research, clinical nursing practice and/or education program development and delivery. 5 years upper level management experience preferably in a professional membership association required. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing and leadership skills a must.
